sleepless nights...

Well in case you were concerned (and I know there are a few family members that are) I made it through the night. This place has a great sitting area for sleeping and I definately wasn't the first to notice this. The good seats were definatly all taken. I could't fall back to sleep once I woke up 12:30am, so I've been up reading since then (its now 7am). Jet lag is a bummer sometimes. This airport is pretty much isolated on the country coastline (as most airports are) so there was nothing to do or see. I'm getting restless for my flight to Spain (its not until 2pm) and I'm almost finished the book I started on the flight here... I'm feeling a bit of the cabin fever and am looking forward to connecting with everyone in Barcelona... time just doesn't go by fast enough when your bored. Oh well! I'm liking Scotland. The countryside that I saw on the train to the airport was beautiful. Just as you'd imagine and more! -rolling green pastures, plump cattle, and just when you think that's good enough, the ocean peeks through. I haven't been taking any photos, thus far, but I will! Its way chillier here than you'd think... well, I guess the ocean is right there so its all exposed... either way I think I'm in for a temperature shock once I get to Spain! Time will tell! Hoepfully, Sarita et al are in Barce now. I got an email from her yeaterday saying that they had to stay the night in London and then take a 28hr bus to Barce. That would mean they are arriving sometime yesterday? I guess we'll all be equally relieved to arrive in one piece...
