oh, the waiting game...

So far I've made it to Glasgow. Once I got to the ariport I was told I had to go to another airport in Glasgow that flew out to Barcelona. After a bus ride, a train ride and many internet checks later, I've made it! Except the next flight to Barc doesn't leave until 2pm tomorrow (its currently 3:30pm), so it looks like a sleep over in the airport. I checked for hostels but they are all booked up, or are have men's dorm availability. Bummer, so the waiting continues... the flight here wasn't too bad. We had a stopover in Calgary and then the 7.5 hr flight to Glasgow. I was sitting next to a retired Scottish police officer, who told me about his family etc. The accents here are great -a little hard to understand at times, but great! I am eager to get on with the airport biz but this is how it goes! I can't really think of anything else right now. I didn't get that much sleep on the plane last night... maybe an hour or two... my brain is tired and I need to brush my teeth!
